Largest option trades in equities

Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.

SolarWinds (SWI): More than 5,000 November 37.50 calls were bought for $0.45 to $0.55 as investors look for the software maker to rally. SWI rose 0.69 percent to $36.44. (See related post on InsideOptions Pro )

BPZ Resources (BPZ): About 2,200 November 2 calls were bought for $0.20 as investors look for upside in the energy company. BPZ rose 4.98 percent to $2.11. (See related post on InsideOptions Pro )

McDermott International (MDR): Some 1,900 May 6 puts were sold for $0.35 as investors look for the oil-service stock to hold its ground. MDR fell 0.42 percent to $7.04. (See related story )
