Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the
individual equity names with the most call and put buying on
optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.
DreamWorks Animation SKG (DWA): A block of 7,500 September 15 puts
was sold for $0.65 and an equal number of September 20 calls was
bought for $1. The trade is similar to owning shares and will
profit from a rally. DWA rose 0.11 percent to $17.84.
Bank of America (BAC): A block of 10,000 January 2014 7 puts was
bought for $1.08, but volume was below open interest in the strike.
BAC rose 2.07 percent to $9.39.
Pfizer (PFE): An investor bought almost 15,000 May 22 calls for
$0.63 to $0.68, looking for upside in the stock. PFE fell 0.28
percent to $22.32.
