Largest option buying in equities so far

Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.

Kraft Foods (KFT): An investor purchased 20,000 October 41 calls for $0.87, looking for upside in the share price. KFT rose 0.80 percent to $41.34.

Bank of America (BAC): More than 13,000 January 11 calls were bought for $0.11 as investors look for upside in the share price. BAC rose 0.37 percent to $8.25.

Delta Air Lines (DAL): More than 11,000 December 8 puts were bought for $0.47 and $0.48 as traders look for the airline stock to push lower. DAL dropped 3.88 percent to $9.16.

Xilinx (XLNX): Volume surged in the September 26 puts, the September 30 puts and the September 31 puts. Volume was below open interest at all three, indicating that existing positions were closed. XLNX fell 0.49 percent to $33.68.
