J.P. Morgan, BofA, Citi Picked to Lead Bausch & Lomb IPO -Reuters

Warburg Pincus LLC has selected J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. ( JPM ), Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup Inc. ( C ) to lead an initial public offering for eye care company Bausch & Lomb Inc., Reuters reported Friday on its website, citing two people familiar with the matter.

Warburg Pincus, one person said, continues to explore a possible sale of the company and is working with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. ( GS ) in a search for a buyer.

Representatives from Warburg Pincus, Bank of America Corp. ( BAC ) and Citigroup declined comment to Reuters, and J.P. Morgan didn't immediately respond to requests for comment.
