Itron Inks Gas Meter Supply Deal with Pomerania Gas Company - Shrs Turn Positive, Now At Day Highs

Itron Inc. ( ITRI ) has signed a contract with Pomerania Gas Company for the supply of nearly 200,000 residential and commercial gas meters, to be deployed over the next three years by the gas company, one of six gas distribution companies in Poland. Situated in north Poland, Pomerania Gas Company serves approximately 764,000 customers. No financial details were given.

ITRI is now up 14 cents at a day high $44.93. It was down 0.1% at $44.70 - which was its open price too - a little while ago. It did touch a day low of $44.37.
