IT security provider Qualys prices IPO at $12 midpoint

Qualys, which provides cloud-based IT security and compliance software solutions, raised $91 million by offering 8 million shares at $12, the midpoint of the range of $11 to $13.  Qualys plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol QLYS. J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse acted as lead managers on the deal.
