IRobot Announces $25 Mln Stock Buyback Program

(RTTNews.com) - iRobot Corp. ( IRBT ) said Monday that its Board of Directors has authorized a stock repurchase program, under which the company may purchase up to $25 million of its common stock beginning March 28, 2013 and ending March 27, 2014.

As of February 11, iRobot had about 27.87 million shares of common stock outstanding.
