John Kapoor, a member of the board of directors at Insys Therapeutics ( INSY ) , who already owns more than 10% of the company's common stock, bought 45,000 shares of the company's common stock last week. At prices ranging from $24.54 to $25.98 per share, Kapoor paid a total of $1,114,767 for the new shares.

IK-> The technicals for INSY ($30.00 up $3.55) are bearish with a neutral trend. Recent support has been around $24.50 and recent resistance has been near $39.31. Standard & Poor's does not follow the stock. Look at the Aug. 24/27 bull-put spread for a 35-cent credit. That's a 13.2% return and the stock has to fall 10.0% to cause a problem.  [InvestorsKeyhole, Various news and data services]
