Infographic: Credit card companies at bottom of pack in 'forgiveness'

A 2012 forgiveness ratings survey shows that when things go wrong, American consumers have a certain amount of willingness to forgive, based on the industry that made the mistake. At the top of the list, grocery chains are America's most forgivable industry. Rounding out the bottom, however, the study discovered that credit credit card issuers are the least forgivable to consumers.
