  • The Japanese trading company Marubeni (OTCMKTS:MARUF) bought 60,000 shares of global high-utility commercial-jet aircraft company Aircastle ( AYR ) for $1,134,105.
  • James Lynch, a director at Cape Bank holding company Cape Bancorp ( CBNJ ), bought 65,300 shares of company stock for $613,820.
  • Laurence Chapman, a director at San Francisco-based real estate investment trust Digital Realty Trust ( DLR ), bought 10,000 shares of company stock for $478,700.
