) recently unveiled a hotel at The Woodlands, Houston under its
Hyatt Place brand. This is the third Hyatt Place hotel in
The hotel features 146 rooms with various luxury amenities, a
meeting space spread over an area of 6,100 square feet, a fitness
center and a bar.
The Woodlands is a fast growing community in Houston with popular
restaurants and entertainment venues located close to it. The
hotel is near to Woodlands Mall, Market Street, Woodlands
Waterway and corporate campuses, which makes it easily accessible
for both business and leisure travelers. The strategic
positioning of the hotel will likely create a strong guest base,
going ahead and justifies the company's decision to expand in the
Hyatt is making back to back openings in urban, suburban,
airport, convention and resort destinations worldwide under its
various brands. Recently, the hotelier unveiled a Hyatt
Regency-branded property in Phuket, Thailand in association with
a local real estate company - Kamala Bay Ventures.
Given the competitive scenario, it is difficult for hoteliers to
survive without making new openings at attractive locations. As a
result, other hoteliers in the industry are also working on their
properties to offer an advanced and customized travel experience.

) unveiled the tallest hotel in Manhattan, N.Y. in North America.
This 68 storey Marriot property is a combination of its two
brands, Courtyard and Residence Inn.
