Hostess Moves Notably Lower After Announcing Retirement Of CEO

(RTTNews.com) - Shares of Hostess Brands ( TWNK ) have come under pressure during trading on Friday, slumping by 10.6 percent. Earlier in the session, Hostess hit an eleven-month intraday low.

The drop by Hostess comes after the maker of Twinkies announced the retirement of President and CEO Bill Toler, leading UBS to downgrade its rating on the company's stock to Sell from Neutral.
