Holly Energy Down 4% Late on Public Offering of Common Units, HollyFrontier Also Dips

Holly Energy Partners, L.P. ( HEP ) dropped 3.5% after-hours as the company said it intends to offer 1,875,000 common units representing limited partner interests in an underwritten public offering. In addition, HollyFrontier Corp. ( HFC ) and certain of its affiliates are collectively offering 1,875,000 common units in the offering as selling unitholders.

HEP is trading at $40.81 after-hours, pulling from a regular session high of $43.21 in a 52-week range of $26.12 - $44.90.

HFC is down 0.4% after-hours in a 52-week range of $28.05 - $59.20.
