In company news, Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. ( ORMP ) was down sharply, falling nearly 21% in recent trade to $11.89 a share after entering into definitive agreements with certain investors to buy 1.58 million shares of common stock at $10.00 apiece in a registered direct offering.
