Healthcare SaaS provider Medical Transcription Billing files for a $35 million IPO

Medical Transcription Billing, which provides SaaS solutions to healthcare providers in ambulatory care settings, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $35 million in an initial public offering. The Somerset, NJ-based company, which was founded in 2001 and booked $10 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2013, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol MTBC. Summer Street Research Partners is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
