Maurice Marciano, a director and beneficial owner of shares of Guess ( GES ) sold 1,000,000 shares of the company's common stock between Jan. 14 and Jan. 16. At $29.13 per share, Marciano pulled in a total of $29,477,992 from the sale.

IK-> The technicals for GES ($29.25 down $0.02) are bearish with a downward trend. Recent support has been around $28.15 and recent resistance has been around $30.66. Standard & Poor's has a two STARs (out of five) rating on the stock. Look at the March 33/36 bear-call spread for a 25-cent credit. That's a 9.09% return and the stock has to rise 12.8% to cause a problem.  [InvestorsKeyhole, Various news and data services]
