Steven Streit, the chairman, president and CEO of Green Dot Corp. ( GDOT ) , sold 21,000 shares of the company's common stock between April 16 and April 17. At prices ranging from $19.30 to $19.31 per share, Streit pulled in a total of $405,405 from the sale.

IK-> The technicals for GDOT ($17.36 down $0.34) are bearish with a downward trend. The stock is below recent support and recent resistance has been near $20.26. Standard & Poor's does not follow the stock. Look at the Sept. 22.50/25 bull-put spread for a 20-cent credit. That's an 8.7% return and the stock has to rise 29.6% to cause a problem.  [InvestorsKeyhole, Various news and data services]
