Globant prices IPO at $10, below the range

Globant, an Argentina-based IT outsourcer focused on mobile, cloud and big data, raised $59 million by offering 5.9 million shares at $10.00, below the range of $11.00 to $13.00. Globant plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol GLOB. Globant initially filed confidentially on 1/15/2013. J.P. Morgan, Citi and Credit Suisse acted as lead managers on the deal.
