Global trade management SaaS company Amber Road files for a $75 million IPO

Amber Road, which provides cloud-based global trade management software, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering. The East Rutherford, NJ-based company, which was founded in 2002 and booked $53 million in sales for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AMBR. Stifel is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
