Post-acquisition, C2 Group will form a part of the Public Affairs
division in the Strategic Communications segment of FTI
Consulting in the U.S., which typically offers consulting and
advisory services relating to mergers and acquisitions, crisis
and issue management, market entry and market expansion. Moving
forward, FTI Consulting expects to complement its senior advisory
services by leveraging the government relations and direct
advocacy services of C2 Group and thereby influence the outcome
