Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: VEA

The Vanguard FTSE Developed Markets ETF ( VEA ) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 3.5 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 3.2 million. Shares of VEA were up about 0.8% on the day.

Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Friday were Ericsson ( ERIC ), trading up about 7.7% with over 11.9 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Nokia ( NOK ), up about 2.6% on volume of over 9.6 million shares. Ryanair Holdings ( RYAAY ) is lagging other components of the Vanguard FTSE Developed Markets ETF Friday, trading lower by about 2.1%.
