Bargain hunters are wise to pay careful attention to insider buying, because although there are many various reasons for an insider to sell a stock, presumably the only reason they would use their hard-earned cash to make a purchase, is that they expect to make money. Today we look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.

On Thursday, Hexcel Corp. ( HXL )'s Director, David L. Pugh, made a $1.00M purchase of HXL, buying 27,000 shares at a cost of $37.14 a piece. Hexcel Corp. is trading up about 2% on the day Friday.

And also on Thursday, Director Thomas D. O'Malley purchased $242,000 worth of PBF Logistics LP ( PBFX ), purchasing 10,000 shares at a cost of $24.20 a piece. Before this latest buy, O'Malley made one other buy in the past year, purchasing $11.00M shares for a cost of $23.00 a piece. PBF Logistics LP is trading up about 0.4% on the day Friday.
