Forex Flash: GBP/USD supported on dips towards 1.6200 - OCBC

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - With Cable currently at 1.6230, off recent session lows at 1.6200 round, where "the GBP-USD may remain supported on dips towards the 1.6200 area barring negative shocks from the US fiscal impasse," says OCBC'S strategist Emmanuel Ng, despite "Further potential monetary accommodation by the BOE this year has not been totally ruled out," the analyst adds.

"In the interim, expect the pair to run into opposition on any move towards the 1.6320 resistance," he concludes.
