FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Little changed EUR/GBP in last 2 trading days last at 0.8151, inside a tiny 7 pip spread 0.8143/50 for more than 10 hours already, the cross is up +0.22% so far for the week. Both lower for the Asia-Pacific session, Cable is a bit lower than EUR/USD, off session lows at current 1.6047, while EUR/USD is at 1.3077.

Key risk events for the London session ahead will come in the form of UK trade balance figures first at 09:30 GMT in the Cable front, followed by final EU GDP half hour later in the EUR side, and more importantly German industrial production at 11:00 GMT. In any case, BoE and ECB meetings Thursday are around the corner, so probably market participants are not willing to risk much ahead of these.

Immediate resistance to the upside for EUR/GBP shows at yesterday's high 0.8162, followed by Dec 24 highs at 0.8186, and Dec 27 highs at 0.8227. To the downside, closest support lies at Dec 19/21 lows 0.8114, followed by Dec 31/Jan 07 lows at 0.8103, and Jan 03 lows at 0.8084.
