FCMI Parent Acquires Gold Standard Ventures Shares, Gold Standard Up 1.6%

FCMI Parent Co. has acquired 1,150,000 common shares of Gold Standard Ventures Corp (GSV.V) at US$2.00 per common share, representing 1.41% of the total issued and outstanding shares of Gold Standard. This follows the completion of a recent public offering by Gold Standard.

This acquisition, along with additional acquisitions of common shares by FCMI, represents a 2.14% increase in the total issued and outstanding shares of Gold Standard.

As a result of this acquisition and together with common shares previously held by FCMI Parent Co., FCMI Parent Co., together with joint actors now holds 12,774,300 common shares, representing 15.72% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Gold Standard Ventures Corp.

Close to 115,000 shares have been traded so far.
