EPM Mining Ventures Names New CFO

EPM Mining Ventures Inc. (EPK.V) announced the promotion of interim Chief Financial Officer Spencer Thunell to the permanent post of CFO, where he will continue to report to CEO Lance D'Ambrosio.

Mr. Thunell has participated in, and overseen, many significant milestones including the design and implementation of the company's accounting policies and procedures, its transition from Canadian GAAP to International Financial Reporting Standards, as well as initiation of trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and OTCQX International.

EPK is unchanged at 40 cents.
