EPAM Systems quiet period ends March 19

EPAM Systems, an offshore IT services provider with delivery centers in Eastern Europe, will see its quiet period end on 3/19/12. On 2/7/12, the company raised $72.0 million by offering 6 million shares at $12.00, below the range of $16.00 to $18.00. Citi, UBS and Barclays acted as lead managers on the deal.
