Endurance International prices below the range at $12

Endurance International Group Holdings, which provides web hosting, domain services and other cloud solutions to SMBs, raised $253 million by offering 21.1 million shares at $12, below the range of $14 to $16. The company had originally planned to offer 23.4 million shares. Endurance International Group Holdings will list on the NASDAQ under the symbol EIGI. Endurance International Group Holdings initially filed confidentially on 6/26/2013. Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
