Eloqua prices IPO at $11.50, at high end of the range

Eloqua, which provides on-demand software to automate marketing and sales initiatives, raised $92 million by offering 8 million shares at $11.50, at high end of the range of $9.50 to $11.50. Eloqua plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol ELOQ. J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
