El Paso Pipeline Q3 EPS Beats Street, Sales Short; Ups Distribution by 18%; Shares Flat Late

El Paso Pipeline Partners, L.P. ( EPB ) today reported Q3 earnings of $0.55 per share, better than the Capital IQ consensus of $0.50. Revenues were $368 mln, missing the analyst estimate of $388.26 mln.

In the same period last year, the company reported EPS of $0.46 on revenues of $339 mln.

The partnership also increased its quarterly cash distribution per common unit by 18% to $0.58, or $2.32 annualized, payable on Nov. 14, 2012, to unitholders of record as of Oct. 31, 2012.

Shares are flat at $37.26, with a 52-week range of $30.64 - $38.10.
