Edgewater Technology Turns To Profit In Q4

(RTTNews.com) - Consulting firm Edgewater Technology, Inc. ( EDGW ) reported fourth-quarter net income of $345,000 or $0.03 per share, compared to a net loss of $1.9 million or $0.17 per share in the comparable quarter last year. On average, two analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.05 per share. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Total revenue for the latest quarter declined to $24.25 million from $26.41 million last year, while two analysts had consensus revenue estimate of $26.03 million for the quarter.
