Eaton Vance Municipal Bond Fund (EIM) Ex-Dividend Date Scheduled for January 22, 2013

Eaton Vance Municipal Bond Fund ( EIM ) will begin trading ex-dividend on January 22, 2013. A cash dividend payment of $0.0638 per share is scheduled to be paid on January 31, 2013. Shareholders who purchased EIM stock prior to the ex-dividend date are eligible for the cash dividend payment. This marks the 8th quarter that EIM has paid the same dividend.

The previous trading day's last sale of EIM was $14.44, representing a -5.31% decrease from the 52 week high of $15.25 and a 17.03% increase over the 52 week low of $12.34.
