Vincent Volpe, the president and CEO of Dresser Rand Group ( DRC ) , bought 18,400 shares of the company's common stock on March 14. At $54.75 per share, Volpe paid a total of $1,007,400 for the new shares.

IK-> The technicals for DRC ($56.03 up $0.08) are bearish with a neutral trend. Recent support has been around $54.59 and recent resistance has been around $58.11. Standard & Poor's has a three STARs (out of five) rating on the stock. Look at the June 45/50 bull-put spread for a 40-cent credit. That's an 8.7% return and the stock has to fall 10.8% to cause a problem.  [InvestorsKeyhole, Various news and data services]
