Dominion Citrus Income Fund (DOM-UN.TO) reported net earnings from continuing operations of $831,000 or $0.04 per unit for the year ended December 31, 2012 versus a loss of $3.2 million or $0.16 per share for the previous year.

Net loss from discontinued operations was $94,000 for the year ended December 31, 2012 versus a loss of $96,000 for the year ended December 31, 2011.

The company reported annual revenue of $71.1 million, down from $75.8 million in 2011.

DOM shares were off a penny at $0.24.
