The software including the SF-3050, SF-3040, and LAND-PAK will
help customers to improve productivity.
The multi-frequency GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System)
receivers are now able to support NavCom's new StarFire Rapid
Recovery feature. Other new features include support for
proprietary GLONASS RTK correction messages from third party base
stations and a new web server interface for the SF-3050.
Earlier, users would have to wait for 45 minute pull-in delay
when they lost the GNSS signal caused by shading, bridges or
other similar constraints. But now, GNSS receivers, using the GPS
and GLONASS system, will allow users to quickly regain StarFire
accuracy after short GNSS signal blockages.
StarFire Rapid Recovery will help customers ride through signal
outages of up to 3 minutes and regain the 5 centimeter (cm)
