Don Daseke:

Don Daseke is the founder, President & CEO of Daseke Inc., North America’s largest owner of flatbed/ specialized trucking capacity. He is also the Chairman of East Teak Fine Hardwoods, Inc. and Chairman of Liquid Motors, Inc. He was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Walden Residential Properties, Inc., a Real Estate Investment Trust that was taken public on the New York Stock Exchange in 1994.

Non-profit leadership includes the past President and Chairman of the WaterTower Theatre; a Trustee of DePauw University (since 1984); the past Chairman of the Dallas Chapter of the World Presidents Organization and a member of the Chief Executives Organization. Mr. Daseke serves on the Advisory Council for the Cattle Barons Ball in Dallas, the largest fundraiser in the United States for the American Cancer Society.

Don Daseke was a Commissioner on the Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Addison (Texas) from 2005 to 2009, was elected to a two-year term on the Addison Town Council in May 2009, and served as Mayor Pro Tempore in 2010.

He received his B.A. from DePauw University, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business, he was also a Certified Public Accountant, and graduated from the Presidents Program in Leadership from the Harvard Business School.

Daniel J. Hennessy:

Dan is the founder and managing member of Hennessy Capital LLC and the Chairman and CEO of Hennessy Capital Acquisition Corp. II, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (or "SPAC") he formed which went public on NASDAQ in July of 2015. Dan was also the Chairman and CEO of Hennessy Capital’s first SPAC, which merged with School Bus Holdings Inc. in February 2015 and is now known as Blue Bird Corporation (NASDAQ: BLBD). Dan now serves as Blue Bird’s Vice Chairman. Dan is also a Partner at CHS Capital LLC (f/k/a Code Hennessy & Simons LLC) a middle market private equity investment firm he co-founded in 1988 and led its investments in industrial, infrastructure and energy businesses. Over a 25 year period, CHS invested $2.8 billion in 395 operating companies with aggregate revenues of approximately $15 billion. Prior to forming CHS, Dan was employed by Citicorp from 1984 to 1988 as head of the Midwest Region for Citicorp Mezzanine Investments and Vice President and Team Leader with Citicorp Leveraged Capital Group. He began his career in 1981 in the oil and gas lending group at Continental Illinois National Bank (now Bank of America) where he was a Banking Officer. Dan holds a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
