CyrusOne prices IPO at $19, above the range

CyrusOne, a data center REIT carve-out from Cincinnati Bell, raised $314 million by offering 16.5 million shares at $19, above the range of $16 to $18. CyrusOne plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol CONE. Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Barclays acted as lead managers on the deal.
