configuration-specific phase maintenance kits for its helicopter
fleet. Equipped with the latest configuration parts in accurate
quantities based on feedback from field service personnel and
on-site maintainers, the kits are likely to eliminate excess
inventory for customers and reduce operating costs.
Sikorsky introduced these maintenance kits for its legacy UH-60A
and UH-60L BLACK HAWK helicopters in addition to UH-60M and S-70i
BLACK HAWK aircraft. The company is also offering customized 360
flight-hour Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) and 760
flight-hour PMI kits for BLACK HAWK operators. The kits are
developed under stringent quality control standards and include
all OEM-approved parts with recent specifications to minimize

Army. The improved version of the S-70i BLACK HAWK helicopters
has a digital cockpit and advanced stellar avionics with a dual
GPS/INS system for accurate navigation and well-informed
situational awareness. The helicopters can also be customized to
include other features such as radar, ballistic protection,
medical litters, extended fuel tanks, an external rescue hoist,
and cargo hook.
