Profits in the reported quarter were affected by additional costs
of $11.9 million or 6 cents per share associated with hurricane
Sandy. Implementation of ERP system also resulted in incremental

net cash flow of $53.1 million from operations compared with
$90.3 million in the same period a year ago. Capital spending was
