•    Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.'s ( NCLH ) shares soared 11.1% after announcing that it will acquire Prestige Cruises International, Inc. for around $3 billion in a cash and stock deal

•    Shares of Conns Inc. ( CONN ) plunged 31% after posting fiscal second quarter adjusted earnings per share of $0.50, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.74

•    Compuware Corporation's ( CPWR ) shares surged 13.3% after declaring that Thoma Bravo LLC will buy the software manufacture for about $2.5 billion or $10.92 per share

•    Shares of Barclays PLC ( BCS ) declined 1.3% following news that the bank will sell its Spanish retail banking, wealth and investment management, and corporate banking businesses to Caixabank S.A. for £630 million ($1.05 billion)
