•    Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI ) reported third quarter earnings per share of $0.56, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.54

•    Bankrate Inc. (NYSE: RATE ) fell 1.2% after it lowered third-quarter earnings forecasts following modifications of its insurance lead volume
