•    Shares of Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE: OCR ) fell 8.9%, the highest in the last eight months, following news that Chief Executive Officer, John Figueroa has resigned. John Workman, President and Chief Financial Officer will serve as interim CEO

•    Zynga, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZNGA ) declined 8.3% after The Wall Street Journal reported that Facebook, Inc.'s (NASDAQ: FB ) growth has slowed down primarily in the U.S. The lion's share of Zynga's revenue come from games played on Facebook

•    Shares of Centene Corp. (NYSE: CNC ) plunged by 22.2% after the Medicaid insurer said increasing medical costs in the states of Kentucky and Texas have forced it to lower its full year earnings forecast

•    Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMPE ) gained 8.7% after it announced positive results from a clinical trial of Optina, a new diabetes related drug
