•    Autodesk, Inc.'s (NASDAQ: ADSK ) second quarter 2013 non-GAAP earnings of $0.48 per share outpaced Zacks Consensus Estimate of 40 cents per share. However, shares plunged 15.6% on Friday after company lowered its revenue projection for fiscal 2013

•    Black Hills Corp (NYSE: BKH ) signed a deal worth $243 million with QEP Resources Inc (NYSE: QEP ) to sell its North Dakota assets to the latter

•    Eli Lilly & Co.'s (NYSE: LLY ) experimental Alzheimer's drug failed to match primary targets, but shares jumped 3.4% as the company noted improvements in certain patients

•    Shares of Zumiez Inc. (NASDAQ: ZUMZ ) plunged 5.8% following the resignation of its chief financial officer and corporate secretary, Mr. Marc Stolzman
