Ronald Roth, the chairman of the board at Clearfield ( CLFD ) , bought 10,000 shares of the company's common stock between Nov. 27 and Nov. 29. At prices between $17.45 and $17.76, Roth paid a total of $176,050.

IK-> The technicals for CLFD ($17.70 up $0.23) are bullish with a neutral trend. Recent support has been around $17.09 and recent resistance has been around $17.90. Standard & Poor's does not follow the stock. Look at the March 10/15 bull-put spread for a 40-cent credit. That's an 8.70% return and the stock has to fall 15.3% to cause a problem.  [InvestorsKeyhole, Various news and data services]
