City Office REIT files for a $115 million IPO

City Office REIT, a REIT formed to acquire and operate office properties in the US, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $115 million in an initial public offering. The Vancouver, Canada-based company was incorporated in 2013, and its predecessor booked $18 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2013. City Office REIT plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol OFFC. Janney Montgomery Scott and Wunderlich Securities are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
