CIS Acquisition prices IPO at $10

CIS Acquisition, a blank check company focused on acquiring businesses in Russia and Eastern Europe, raised $40 million by offering 4.0 million shares at $10. CIS Acquisition listed on the NASDAQ under the symbol CISAU. Chardan Capital Markets acted as lead manager on the deal.
