iDreamSky Technology, a Chinese 3rd-party mobile game publisher with about 100 million monthly active users, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $115 million in an initial public offering. iDreamSky claims it is the number one independent mobile game publishing platform in China based on active users. The company uses its knowledge of the Chinese market to rewrite 3rd-party source code for mobile games, and its game launches include Fruit Ninja, Temple Run and Subway Surfers. Chinese internet behemoth Tencent is the company's largest shareholder.

The Shenzhen, China-based company, which was founded in 2009 and booked $65 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2014, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol DSKY. iDreamSky Technology initially filed confidentially on April 11, 2014. Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
