China Commercial Credit prices IPO at $6.50, within the range

China Commercial Credit, a China-based microcredit lender to small businesses in the Jiangsu Province, raised $9 million by offering 1.4 million shares at $6.50, the midpoint of the $6 to $7 range. China Commercial Credit, which now commands a market cap of $67 million, will list on the NASDAQ today under the symbol CCCR. Burnham Securities acted as the lead manager on the deal.
