Jane Elfers, the president and CEO of Children's Place Retail Stores ( PLCE ) , sold a total of 78,938 shares of the company's common stock between March 21 and March 31. At prices between $49.85 and $51.78 per share, Elfers pulled in a total of $4,054,689 from the sale.

IK-> The technicals for PLCE ($50.55 up $0.86) are bearish with a neutral trend. Recent support has been around $49.17 and recent resistance has been near $52.05. Standard & Poor's does not follow the stock. Look at the June 42.50/45 bull-put spread for a 25-cent credit. That's an 11.1% return and the stock has to fall 11.0% to cause a problem.  [InvestorsKeyhole, Various news and data services]
