Chardan Metropol Acquisition Corp. files for $40 million US IPO

Chardan Metropol Acquisition Corp, a blank check company focused on acquiring businesses in Russia, filed with the SEC to raise $40 million in an initial public offering. The Moscow, Russia-based company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol CMACU.RC. Chardan Capital Markets is the lead underwriter on the deal.
